Need a crazy skinner

I have a serious business request here and I need someone who can do something crazy to an NRG. He needs to be good at DFF changing (Im not even sure if my idea is possible but we will talk about that later) PM me if you feel you can do it, I would be very very grateful.

Also looking for someone who can do some player.dff editing, same story as with the NRG, PM me.
