Could someone post like a step by step guide of setting up IV for stunting or a list of things i have to do.

dude, it don't have those files that i need to replace, when i patch IV it crashes and i can't play it

i downloaded the game, is the problem there?

Just drag and drop all the files into the main directory.
Then runt eh game from LaunchGTAIV as admin
