I dont think videos of gameplay is illegal? Well maybe the actual person who uploaded it was done illegally but us watching it I doubt is illegal... wish I could say the same about torrent Wouldn't you need awesome DVD cd's to get it to run on the xbox with the mod? I'd just download games, But It isn't worth it..getting banned from XBL..nup

but xbox360 and ps3 no because I dont know so many ppl that have 360 or ps3

I could have it in my hands right now but there is no need for it if I don't have a PS3/Xbox360.

Here is a list with achievements you can get ingame. A few I noticed:
- 500 feet wheelie
- Do all Unique Jumps
- Fly under the main bridges that cross the water with a heli.
