i wanna make my first VC solo these days but always when i fraps my reps it lags

i dloaded a older version of fraps but its still lagging like hell when i record

need help pls

record with 12.5 fps, then speed up in vegas or whatever you use x2 = 25fps.

Change that to record with 15fps, you recording a VC movie, which should be played at 30fps and not 25
