Myriad Island Mod?

Hi. Does anyone know where I can get a working download for Myriad Islands (Preferably the latest version) for Vice City? Oh, and also, what do I need to do to make sure the game doesn't crash every 5 seconds because it makes it very hard to stunt. Thanks.

I wouldn't bother downloading it tbh, there are hardly any spots left on that tiny map.
