Help Downloading Vice City Long Night Mod

Can someone tell me where to download it and which directory to place it in and which things I may need to backup and if I can save my game then?

Open your data folder  : Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\data

Backup timecyc file .

Download new timecyc from here http://files.filefront.com/Neos+Night+Modz...;/fileinfo.html

and replace this with old one .

Start new game and enjoy .
