Well.Like you can see from the name "GTA IV" then the game is going to have new gamemotor. GTA3,VC,VCS,LCS,SA is on gamemotor 3.And GTA IV is going to be on 4.So its going to be awsome but then is no way to do another game like GTA United This kinda sucks.And is GTA IV coming only for PS or PC to?

well i agree its going to very cool lol
why no way, people will find some way lol, nothing is impossible
and first it's gonna come on PS3 and Xbox 360, and i am hoping they release it on PC too
if they dont release it on PC, they are letting down half of their fans, the same story with San Andreas
they said it's only for PS2 and what, it came out on PC, so im waiting for PC lol
