Greetings stunters, I owe you a bit of context so here's a preface:

This project, in its first, dare I say primordial, incarnation; given the short history of our community in the grand scheme of things - was a 2010 prospect devised by Red for a grand tour de force and a celebration of taxi stunting and stunters alike.

That wound up being a three-way video released in 2012 which donned the name ''Atmosphere'' due to lack of momentum garnering amongst the provisionary throng of stunters who were approached initially.

In what felt like eons later, during covid, I had a hankering to form this collective of stunters - not
necessarily taxi-fiend exclusive and certainly not a closed-off clique, and put together an extravaganza worthy of this unique way of stunting.
 
Ever since I began pursuing vice city stunting, manipulating the taxi in all manners has been my personal favorite mode of operation in the game for its seemingly endless, untapped potential and malleable nature.
These euphoric ascents [pardon the metaphor, I'll drop the pretenses momentarily] were previously brought to the forefront of stunting videos by the likes of Kaneda, Neo, Red himself and my partner in crime - Rainbow, all of whom I owe gratitude to for breaking ground, inspiring, motivating, refining and redefining the genre time and again.

Ultimately, having passed many hands due to extraneous and unavoidable issues - it has landed with puzzLe who has graciously and sedulously pieced this together in a manner consistent with his vision [full creative license] that enhances and elevates the stunts as a centrepiece.

That name brings back memories of when my interest in stunting in VC was in its infancy [I vaguely recall the collaborative effort between RA and MST and this just triggered a dormant repository of memories]. Well done to all involved and a mighty impressive effort producing a video stacked to the gills with fresh material and unclaimed, longstanding milestone spots.

Approached this viewing with already steeply set expectations and it shattered them without leaving a trace. Top to bottom, from presentation to the quality and heterogeniety of the material - absolutely top notch and frankly mesmerising. You've provided with a timeless classic brimful of top tier spots, some of which had been in the realm of fantasy and fables. Really outdid yourselves.

I'll try to assemble my thoughts about this into a coherent comment that does it justice:

Firstly, the heartfelt tribute was very tasteful and fitting and what an incredible joint effort by the community to produce this mammoth of a milestone video marking our 20th anniversary.

Secondly, Simon and Puzzle smashed it out of the park with their dedication and commitment to the project despite what I'm sure was an innumerable amount of obstacles and setbacks - credit where due, it does not go unnoticed. A mention goes out to Herb too for getting the ball rolling and conceiving this.

It's a delight and a marvel to behold some of the freshness and uniqueness of the ideas as well as the aesthetics of the execution in 2024. Notable stunts for me: sport's wr, dc's saivc double grind combo, box's double ledge and I cannot fail to mention dannye's unique approach to manipulating vc aircraft as well as the mouth-watering and elegantly executed palm boost by Vice Ninja [as a boosting aficionado, what a treat]. Everyone, though, had something of merit to contribute.
 
Finally, I enjoyed the thematic choice and the symbolism of a ''Colony'' as it fits the bill perfectly for this tight-knit community which has proverbially bound together from across the globe to explore uncharted territory.

A fabulous display of what is possible with a fresh map and a fresh mindset. Still a ton of unexplored and uncharted ground for us to venture to and utilize for ideas. I am honored to have been invited and included despite what was somewhat scant in terms of the volume of contribution [not for a lack of effort, may I add]. Ardently awaiting future efforts and indeed the processes which will lead up to such montages, it's been a delight working on it; There has been a lot of concerted labour invested into it as evident by the result. Credit to MV for sticking with it for the long run, culminating in such a masterfully crafted video which is yet, only the opening whistle.

A beautiful tribute befitting of the man and the influence he has exerted and indelibly impressed upon us as a community simply by embodying his authentic [wonderful and generous] self in his interactions and efforts made in service of this community.

Fabulous work, teeming with fresh and neat ideas and executions that were so aesthetically pleasing in the format that they were presented [camera work complemented them real well]. My favorite type of stunt had a heavy representation which is technical combos - involving grinds and grabs optionally. Lost the double grind combo where there is a stuckie inbetween a fence and a wall wedged between the two grinds - high praise for that one, elusive as any.
