Actually FMT=18 sets it as MP4 format, giving it better sound format, fmt=6 is flv which gives a better picture and framerate, but not as good sound.. Most people don't know that. It's format not a measure of '18' is max quality. Thanks though XD

anyone can break the record now because we know about the slowitdown cheat effect, but high taxi boosts suck imo...just some floaty jumps landing on a very high building, that sucks.

If you look closely he shoots his gun on the stunts that are harder for him, that's where it's "Boosted" or whatever you'd like to call it. Just a SAMP program for speedhack, that also explains the 146ft INF
