based on GTA VCS on VC beta II.5 mod
included mouse bug fix
included last Dannye scm
included cleo spawn, enable by F4
included Prog's PowerSave (Qwerty - US-UK version)
optional no bush (made by me), i hate people which use no bush mod in videos, that's why i maked it optional
interiors and objects in the air have been removed
cars and bikes from VCS (doesn't make difference for stunting), handling from default vice city

decrypted all the files by myself
included mouse bug fix
included last Dannye scm (only changed start position), save feature working
included cleo spawn, enable by F4
included Prog's PowerSave (Qwerty - US-UK version)
cars and bikes from Xbox VC (doesn't make difference for stunting), handling from default vice city
fixed some objects, collisions
recompressed some textures
added radar and map from later version
optional russian cars, you can just copy files to main game directory and replace them
no droplets
fixed near 500 collisions
added fix radar plugin, but if game not loading at your system, use older ddraw.dll from mods folder, but fixed radar will not work with it
