You do realize that the psu and hdd are some of the most important parts on a pc? So what psu do you have, and how old is it? A crappy old psu can be way out of spec and kill all of your components.
Which hdd do you have? Because the hdd will limit the speed of everything you do. Using a small, noisy, and slow pata drive would be pretty stupid for example.
Is that a list of thing you're going to buy? Because I wouldn't recommend a single thing from that. LGA 775 is a DEAD chip series, NO UPGRADES EVER, never, no more, nada, out dated. I'd only recommend intels sandy bridge at the moment.
There are people that are buying AM3 chips and putting them in AM3+ boards, and they're hoping to god that bulldozer will work on their boards when it comes out, but thats wishful thinking at best imo.
Finally give us a damn price you dingleberry.

240Watt i think.
yeah.... the 4850 will use more than that alone I'm sure, try to get at least a 400w psu, but I'd recommend a 500w psu. antec neo eco, XFX Core series, or a corsair enthusiast series

I'd get a used 4850 for cheap, anything new would probably just be wasted on whatever you have unless you have it overclocked like mad.

@ Radiaktive: The Sabertooth isn't gimmicky, the "thermal armor" actually does show cooling improvement with the thermal armor on (w/ a 50mm fan of course). Plus, it's made with military standard components, so it handles heat relatively well.
its extremely gimmicky, thermal armor so some caps can run 3-4deg cooler? it doesnt even come with a fan to make it work halfway decent msi also does that military testing crap, its just marketing lingo for a higher standard of components all in all if you like that fugly hunk o crap thats fine with me, but any decent case with some airflow would be fine for a normal board literally the only positive thing I could mention is the warranty for sabertooth boards, they have to give you something for your money right?

sabertooth is kinda gimmicky and dumb, but its a decent board, although asus p67 boards are plagued with a lot of issues I'd recommend a high end gigabyte instead
go with a single 4gig stick of 1333mhz ram if you only need 4gig, you wont notice the speed difference and ram doesnt matter much on SB anyway
get the k version so you can overclock your i7, no-brainer here
the tx v2 is an awesome psu
