SASL 2014 / Re: GRAND FINALS - Artifex vs Named
« on: November 22, 2014, 10:08:03 AM »
well i'm gonna start. first of all, you two did a good job reaching the finals with constant high level stunts, so props for that. it's a bit hard to vote here considering that you guys used different vehicles in each challenge, but i'm gonna give my best to do that.

LS:

Named: you found a nice taxi spot here. i actually thought you would land the top, but sadly you went for the lower part which makes the stunt a bit more unappealing than it actually is. the stunt is pretty good tho, but the top would've been killer. i think you should've used that one extra day you had, just to give it a couple more tries.

Artifex: you had a cool stunt aswell. must've been extremely annoying to land that bitchy prec. the execution was nice and clean, so my vote goes to Artifex for this one.

SF:

Named: i really liked this one, great looking doublebump and a very close landing, that's what i want to see, makes the stunt look good. i have a vague feeling that i have already seen this one somewhere, but i'm not sure.

Artifex: the execution on your stunt was nice, but it's a bit old-ish, since requiem once did almost the same stunt in an ssu video.

it's a difficult decision here, but i'm gonna give this one to Named, because he had more elements in it and looked harder to reach.

LV:

Named: correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't that one already old? however, the prec must've been hard, looks tricky. but i would've liked it better if you landed it staying in the car.

Artifex: ohhhh i know a person who won't be amused at all if he sees your entry. however, those monsterdynamic-prec-stunts are insanely hard, so gj for that. i also tried that spot a couple of months back and i couldn't get anywhere near that prec. voting for Artifex right here, stunt of the match for me

final score: Named 1:2 Artifex

but don't forget you both did a great job.
signing out, peace.

Finished Bible Black and I may or may not have been scarred for life. Holy shit I spent 1/8 of my day being disgusted and the sad thing is there is even another season of it and some specials that I will never ever touch.

Fuck you Herb.
haha a friend of mine has watched that more than half a year ago. he says he's still traumatized haha

k let's start. named, picking a vortex is a pretty risky play, because there are more people hating than loving these kind of stunts  but i gotta admit your stunt was pretty awesome, i loved that circular grind and the unexpected precision (at least unexpected for me, i had to look up the challenge after watching both entries.), so big respect for that.
nikedj, i have to say i expected a bit more coming from you, because i remember you dropping some really badass grinds in the past. i remember this stunt as a  challenge from one of rusch's videos, but i think that stunt lacks a bit of the wow effect. it's a pretty fast stunt and it might be hard aswell and it's an ok backup stunt, but not good enough in my eyes.

voting for named.

E: It's n-not only for p-playing Osu! Y-you Bakas!
Yeah you're also going to draw mad dickgrils with big ass double D tits right?
Is that a request? I can do it for you.
Also if you don't have anything on-topic to say, just shut up already.

dude just draw him, because he's the best example of a dickgirl creeping around here haha

coolio, mine is the absolute sparta edition. pen, cable, tablet and cd. no spare pen nibs or something  :neen: i really advise to hovering instead of dragging while playing. because you won't need to buy more pen nibs and the lifespan of your tablet will be x10000000000000

well some weeks ago i threw out 50 bucks for a wacom intuos tablet which i ONLY use for my weekly osu-playtime of 1-2 hours haha  no regrets nonetheless.

I would consider The Big Black a shit ton times harder. but that's just me, I won't say shit since I can't pass either, and won't be able to for at least another year.

It's a joke. Scarlet Rose is not even close to being the hardest.

You're talking like you can play it.

well i had a look at his livestream page and he had over 5000 pp before they banned him, so i think he knows what he's talking about.

well the only tip i have is to practice the usage and timing of the turbo-button. becomes fucking important later on. and in my case i discovered the turbo when i already had 600+ pp (the time when you start REALLY needing it), so i still suck at it.

and thanks to you guys for the answers, i'm glad that i'm not the only one with this problem haha

well thanks for the heartwarming words reynolds and i'm super-duper impressed by your "achievement" haha  but now leave again and let the pros talk ok?  :ajaja:

ontopic: i have serious problems with keeping my combos up, while actually having 98-99% acurracy on those maps. i always get nervous towards the end of the maps and that mostly causes my combo breaks. are there any tricks to "fix" that? help would be really appreciated.

SASL 2014 / Re: Semifinals - Nikedj vs Artifex
« on: October 22, 2014, 12:15:37 PM »
i have to agree here. the doublegrind would've been awesome, shame that you only went for the precision :cheersad:

artifex, your stunt was well thought out, i always tried to figure out how to land these palms in a new way. also, your stunt included more elements than nikedj's one, so yeah.

welcome to the finals, anton.

SASL 2014 / Re: Losers Round 7 - Named vs Diaz
« on: October 22, 2014, 12:10:20 PM »
oh diaz, i already thought you'd no-show!

named, you dropped a real bomb right there, stunts like this are what i want to see in the semifinals :ajaja: . the execution was flawless and the grind was grinded completely, so props for that. diaz, your grab didn't look thaaat impressive. though it's nice that you didn't touch the ground with the plane. it's a pity that you couldn't land your main stunt, i'm curious about what it was tho.

my vote goes to named.
