Packer shouldnt matter, seing as the isb's start counting from the last hit the bike registered. In this case the sign being the last hit and that doesnt move.

Depending on size, from around 30mb to 100mb. In TBOGT you have nitro on both bikes and cars in race mode, you can also use it with trainers but the nitro in trainers isn't anything like that in race mode, so it counts as modding.
Shit, i thought maybe someone had figured out a better way of saving reps.
