These settings was designed for fun/editing purpose. The settings have a few lacks (it looks a little bit too much at a few times a day in-game).
The settings were designed for a version of EnB that I can no longer find or remember which it was therefor it might not be working with the newer versions. It was also made for us ati users which might affect some of you. It has it's own CC for all you lazy asses
