It's a great little free editor.  I'd recommend it as the best free editor out there.  Have fun with it.

Well, it depends on which version you use in this "class."

I use Avid Adrenaline at work which is about a $60,000 dollar system.  You are probably using Avid DV Xpress or Pro which is 15-20 times less cost.

I love Adrenaline.

Avid was used to edit many films including Batman Begins.

It's a weird editer I gave it a shot, and ummm I didn't get as far as importing video but it looks good... if you want to adjust from Video Vegas 6 cause of laggyness.

i prefere vegas, alot simpler and better to edit i think.
btw when ur importing videos into it it takes like ages before they are imported. :S
