I actually did this one... I thought it was pretty hard to get all the way to the roof, but I came to it after a few tries.

It is at the very east building in Angel Pine.

Well, I have the PS2 version, and a very crappy computer and TV-card. I made a stunt vid a while ago, and it was little to say, the worst thing that ever struck this planet. So I thought I might as well tell others about the stunts, and hope that they use them in vids.

Just as the main post says, it is the very east building in Angel Pine.

If you still cant find it, try looking behind the safehouse you buy in Angel Pine.

Yes, it is possible, I did it myself before posting this.

If you hit the ledge, it will give you an extra push (glitch). So now that the ledge is leaning, it will push you to the side, and voila.
