Requirements for WR List acceptance (8/2/05)
1. video or replay proof for all records other than backward stoppies and wheelies.
2. screenshot proof for wheelies and backward stoppies.
3. no performance enhancing mods.

if it is my fault that monstertruck cheat isnt allowed then im sorry
