Title: WMM render settings

I used to have normal settings and then i had a normal filesize, but now, with those same sttings i have a 8times bigger filesize. So wtf is happening, and can anybody tell me some good settings.?

EDIT: i found out what my prob was, but still, if someone has good WMM settings, then maybe u can tell me.
