Title: Broken - The Trailer
Post by: ImPaKt on November 12, 2005, 03:24:48 PM
Broken - Trailer [TGA] (http://www.thegamersalliance.com/?do=dynamic&id=2861)
Features 5 stunts. 1 BSM, 3 Krail and 1 ledge bump.
As i am v.new to this, this trailer isn't the best around. But i hop you like it as i have been stunting for just over 1 month and i only learned a BSM on the day i released this!

Please post a fair verdict, don't sugar-coat it, say how you REALLY think :D I still have a long way to go.

Try not to have random krails in a vid.

Download Wite_Gangsta's tutorial vid, and read jehde's stunt list.

Yeh, i've read the stunt list and i have seen the vid loads, i'm improving, it's just i'm not very good at setting things up, i can sometimes set up a perfect big spin off a car next to North Point Mall like wite_gangsta does but i go towards NPM and bail at the moment. The vid won't be finished and those krails won't bee there in the final thing. The 3rd krail 720 was good tho.

There were a few vids with trailers.
An XSA crew vid i think.
And one of nate's vids as well...
Can't really remember.
Anyways d00d, dling now.

edit:
oh and you should get someone to stack all of those userbars in a rotating gif for you, so many hurts my eyes. :P Look around for a GTAS stunter, some have definitely been made.

edit(2):
nice start man
that stuff is pretty easy tbh, but you are a n00b so its cool
i have three comments, the first is to dl a fraps (version 1.9 will do) that doesn't have the water mark at the top
the second is to not put stunts in that you didn't land, seeing as how the end of that final krail wasn't shown, i assume you bailed
finally download some mods, try here (http://www.gtastunting.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=7058&st=0)

my setup is:
Lithjoes Ultimate Trainer
spoosh
VCTeleport
modded particle.cfg (no water drops), handling.cfg (no vehicle damage), timecyc.dat (always daytime), pedstats.dat (gangs don't attack), paths.ipl (no pedestrians/traffic), american.gxt (no replay sign), and some carcols and txd stuff

i just find it easier, and more fun too :)

you will find most of this stuff in mark's thread
the theory behind modding is that so long as it doesn't make impossible stunts possible, its ok
GL d00d, im looking forward to the main vid!!!

Ok, we were all nOObs once so give em a break. Remember when every bump off a pole resulting in a spin of more than 1000 degrees
was da shit?....lol Anyways, you got a nice technique there man. I dunno if you've watched any of the stunt vids available on these forums but do check some if not. Try to keep away from to many stunts with slo-motion and try to get up on stuff, try to be creative.
Good luck with the vid dude

Ah, that wasn't slow motion, it's fraps. Fraps records at about 15 fps but is boosted by the size GTA i'm playing (640x480x32) to about 20-25fps. I am trying to sort this out.

The full video is out!
