Title: Shifting Leadership
Post by: Test Bear on September 11, 2005, 05:15:24 PM: The other day I asked Taclite about his lack of leadership. He told me I was right, and that comaboy and I can lead. We were wondering about getting new members. Taclite's normally very picky, so, yeah. No new members meanse less vids. So WH is now lead by comaboy and I. Why two leaders? 2 heads are better than one! :D

Part of the reason I left TS was because UL was a control freak.

But hey thats just my opinion, if other people find it better having a leader than good for them. :)

And the reason I left was because...well, UL shut TS down without warning. Just goes to show. Good point.

With that out of the way, I understand how having "leaders" may prove to be a problem. Basically we'll just finalize all decisions. We're still gonna be pretty casual. Nothing bootcampish at all. The reason I made this really was to show that if you wanted to be in the crew you didn't need taclite's permission. That was our main problem. We had a few people wanting to join waiting for taclite, but he wouldn't do anything. So yeah.

on topic: be bad to have leader(specialy with that ditz calcos for a leader :P ). forget leader and do majority vote when theres disagreeing and the person disagreeing can suck it up and move on. and if he doesn't agree hes not an agreeable person so he shouldn'd be in there anyway so kick him out o.o
