Well, i just want to know what settings are best for stunters.
I mean, by my feelings, its very huge difference when you change ur resolution. When change fps limit (40, 30 or even 90). When changing visual fx quality from very high to low.
So, i just want to know what oldies know bout this.
More speed/easier to do stunts or its just my "feelings". ;D

Depends on your PC... 100+fps is ideal in SA

Does it affect on stunting process? Because there are some thoughts that lower fps gives you more speed etc.
Anyway, the point of my topic is about how it affects on the process and are there any situations when with lower fps/another option you cannot do a stunt. For example, when you have 20 fps you swim much more faster.

You right, with FL ON you can swim faster, also stunts on boats are better (bumps, speed), you can do more spins on bike or car flips.. but with FL OFF you can make more higher and longer bumps with bike, taxi boost is perfect and game looks more smoother.
In old times, everyone stunted only with FL ON, and FL OFF stunts were like modded, but i still don't understand it fully.. (explain someone please)
About the settings, i recommend you to turn off everything:
- Draw distance: Minimum
- Frame Limiter: OFF
- Widescreen: OFF
- Visual FX Quality: Low
- Mip Mapping: OFF
- Anti Aliasing: OFF
- Resolution: Your monitor
You can always change the settings, if you need to record your replays with good video settings.

The problem is that i m using real-time frapsing. So, i can put 100 fps in-game, but i cant frapsing with 100 fps. Shitty pc, lags etc. Frapsing with 30 fps.
Btw, i cant get how u can bump higher-longer on nrg, bcause, well, its only 1 moment of bump. The only reason for it as i see is that you can get much more speed with 100 fps. But i am not sure that fps affects on it.

FL on makes the game look fucking terrible.

It's pretty hard to explain the bump and his features, you just need to learn and get it yourself.
Idk what to say about live frapsing.. My PC is shitty too and i also can fraps only with 30fps. The choice is yours - Do stunts with 30fps or with 100fps, but save reps and fraps with 25fps.

Well, as is can see its all about skill, not fps. But its kinda weird there is no tests about this SA issue.

No, that only counts for Vice City, in San Andreas FL off has been normal since PCs can handle more than 25 FPS.

This would be my advice:
- Draw distance: Maximum (models are being loaded earlier = more time to avoid crashes)
- Frame Limiter: Off (depends on the type of stunt you want to perform)
- Visual FX Quality: Low (game displays lesser vegetation = clearer view in certain areas)
- Resolution: Your monitor's native (upscaled frames simply give eye cancer)
The rest is simply neglectable. If you're all about FPS, you can set it all as low as possible.
Having said that, higher FPS doesn't necessarily mean bigger stunts. That's just a big misconception around here.
There is no definite baseline for minimum FPS, but I can assure you it doesn't take high FPS to land great stunts.
FELIX seems to be misinformed, stunting with Frame Limiter On has been widely present until like mid/late 2007, even though the hardware was capable of calculating more than 25 FPS.
Some people even always stuck to stunting with Frame Limited On and did exetremely well - I'm looking at you TMS vets!

Not denying that, but it wasn't considered modding as it is with Vice City. They simply took San Andreas as Vice City so they started with FL on but it was a quick progress and even rollboosting with 100 FPS was considered legit after a short amount of time. Nowadays nobody considers FL off as modding in SA, that's because it doesn't make it as floaty as it does in VC.

FL Off in SA was considered as not legit for the first ~2 years on PC, I wouldn't call that a fast progress. :P
The big issue with rollboosting wasn't the FL Off, it was rather this:
- Hardware enthusiasts gave themselves another new unfair edge
- Can't be properly done on consoles (which had always set the baseline for legitimacy)
- Impossible speed of keystrokes for a human being
Edit: Reynolds went into detail and nailed the matter.

FL OFF was considered modding because the option was not available on the PS2 version of the game. For those of you that do not know the PS2 rule: If it is not in anyway possible, no matter how improbable it may seem, to do something on PS2 version of the game which can be done on PC version of the game, by using cheats/mods to make it possible, it is considered cheating. FL OFF is a strange case for this because, some people argued that it is an option which is enabled on a clean install of the game, therefore it should be allowed. Others argued that it gives an unfair advantage towards PS2 stunters, especially with the advent of the RAD, in terms of speed, agility and abilities.
If VC FL OFF would have had frame limited replays, everybody would have been using FL OFF.
