Hey guys wanted to wask if someone can help me out!

From 0:00 till 0:30 wasnt there a song like this?
I mean that song went on like that not the stuff after that. Can anyone help me out?
Especially 0:15 - 0:30 that melody.

Yeah that part is sampled, but my mind doesn't come up with a name for it  :lol: sorry bro
