Ulead Video Studio 7? Back in the day people always used it to edit the stunt videa's..now its all about Vegas6 or 7 or whatever the hell its called. So whats does Vegas have that Ulead doesn't?

Vegas has more people advertising it in these forums i guess thats why its the most used, all the noobs see that the most experienced stunters use Vegas so they themselves download it.

i still use UVS 7. can't afford the fancy $600 programs.

Vegas is pretty easy to use and if you have problems with it there are people here who can help, like Daffy or Kaneda. I think that's why vegas is used by many people here.

Yeah I guess so..I remember trying to use Ulead and it was quite the bitch so I gave up.

i used it for 1 vid, i couldent stand it what so ever. Vegas is the best editor i have used so far. :)

I used Ulead when i made Blackout.
It was better than Windows Movie Maker that i used before but it used too much resources =/

I use Premiere for my vids. I tried to make the switch to Vegas for my latest vid but i got scared  :P and ran back to Premiere. It felt silly to leave something i'm finally starting to get decent at, to go to a whole new one which i am not used to. Perhaps after alot of practice and getting used to vegas i might prefer it, but at the moment, im happy with Premeire (altough it sucks that you cant render straight to wmv, thats just annoying, stupid adobe  :P ).
