Grind the entire rail. It's directly north of the Los Santos airport.

It's not as hard as it might seem to... Although grinding is one of my weaknesses, I was able to grind about 95% of the rail..

Cool, twisty grind challenge..nice..But getting the grind locked on is a pain unless you use a packer because it is higher than your average rail.
