Title: Vegas Problem

Ok well im trying to ad some effect on a clip and i went into video fx and was draging one of the settings from "unsharpen Mask" and draged it on the clip and wean i do that another screen would show up where you can edit the Video FX  but it never comes up now and really need help, im working my ass of on the vert video and then this happens =( Any help would be appreciated
