Bayern right now is outclassing everyone in the Bundesliga. They are #1 being 20 pts ahead of Dortmund with 4 match days still to be played. Stuttgart is absolutely no match for them in the DFB Cup. And as far as Champions League goes, kicking out Arsenal, Juventus Turin and now Barcelona (they most likely will not come back from that 4-0, not even in their home stadium) shows that they deserve to be in the final, if not win the CL.
Bayern is on top of their game and, if they manage to win against Real Madrid/Dortmund which right now is not unlikely at all, they will have ascended to football pantheon before Guardiola even arrived.

And I loved Dortmund's game right now, that was football I enjoyed watching from start to finish, amazing teamwork, great fit, great technique and the striker whose name I'm not gonna try to spell.. is amazing.
