Title: HELP ME!!

My VC can't open it's not error it's just can't open.....
When I opened it nothing appears..

i gave him another VC , Allbeast's one but it's useless

Computer properties > Advanced settings > Performance settings > DEP > Check the top box.

If it already was like that, then try removing your gta-vc.set file and try other compatibility modes as well as running it as admin. Maybe even other exe files if that doesn't help.
