(i mean the fume gas behind the nrg lol)
i alrdy had some years ago an edited file from herrarge, which deleted the fume gas, but cant find it. please?:s
-
its in effects.fxp file i think
-
I'm almost sure it's in SA/models/particle.txd :P
-
i think it was in the effects.fxp too, but i dont know how to edit it O.O
-
theres nothing related at smokes ..in particle.txd
-
lol did it as you said, replaced every smoke file to the black color, and now is the gas black
-
if its anything like vc's exhaust, change the alpha to black. This should make it completely transparent. So do both black. and try that.
-
how can i change the alpha?
-
Should be able to see the alpha channel in TXDworkshop.
Somewhere on the right below the image pic, you should see an alpha tab, and the mixed tab.
Just click on the alpha, and import in the black.png or whatever you created. You might have to enable an alpha channel. (double click the texture you're working on and a window should come up with the ability to enable that)
Also, somewhere you can open the same thing up in file menu somewhere i believe. Does that help?

Or you could alternatively just use my Stream.ini extender settings. These settings also give you a legitimate FPS boost without altering any of the games physics. Whether you notice the FPS boost or not, it is there ;)

I hope this has helped.

I have no clue how, but I'm just curious why'd you want that : P

I know why I wanted it, well that being why I have my extended stream.ini settings to prevent the exhaust smoke.
Is because I find it annoying, looks like silly bubble farts popping up as you're radding, I also found my FPS was
better without that annoying splatter of exhaust smoke when you first take off.
That is my reasoning anyway.. long time no see Beat :)
