Title: SA control center on win 7 x64

Well... I need it for numerous things (no, not those), but I can't get it to work. The exe doesn't respond at all. Help?

Happened to me, I just restarted, reinstalled, and re-restarted. Added the files ^ too. Did it on the job computer, 64bits. c: But yeah, put those files^
