Put the game in ultra setts, rec with 10 fps and speed up in vegas 2,5.
I do it, I have a poor pc also.
That's what I do as well, and then render it with huffyuv settings and then encode it into a .mkv for maximum quality, so I have no idea why my videos are a lower quality than yours :hmm:.
