I'm trying some coperation stunts on the highest wanted level and shit and was just wondering if there is a mod that prevents tanks from spawning, having barracks only.
The tanks fucking suck, its like they always drive into opposite direction.

That's one fine idea Ktulu.
I believe it would be legit if you'd also change the handling values of the rhino to the ones by the barracks.

it wouldn't be legit imo.
There is a method to kind of spawn the barracks and rhinos , so you can bump them better . maybe that would help you too. But you need the crazy trainer for this method.

Doesn't the game have specific spawn points in the player's radius which determine where Barracks and Rhinos are spawning (like roadblocks you know)? I can't really tell as I haven't messed with the cops in a big while, cuz I'm a good guy now. But assuming so, replacing the Rhino with the Barracks shouldn't be legit then I guess.

Then just delete the rhino dff DUMB. If someone is doing solo noone can know if he used this method or not, because he can replace back shit and make it look like normal game with rhino. It sure is a lame way, but if one it's just trying out some old stunt I don't really mind.

I think police and wanted level stuff is scripted in the SCM. You could fuck around in there and find the six star wanted level and prevent the rhino model from being loaded or replacing it with a barracks there.

Someone modify the main.scm so the rhinos won't appear while 6 stars.

No that's random. I kept switching between spawn loaction 1 & 2 and either a rhino or a barracks kept spawning infront, just at the same place.

Grow some balls and deal with the damn tanks :cc_detective:. I agree they're fucking annoying, especially when there's multiple rhinos heading towards you, but isn't that the point of the stunt? It takes skill to avoid the rhinos, and then get the barrack bump, so instead of making it easier, push yourself, it will make the stunt much more enjoyable :).
