Title: [Cars] Emergency vehicles + taxi

Hello

I have installed the New York Real Car Pack (http://"http://gtgan.blogspot.ch/2011/08/for-those-who-admire-more-realism-ny.html"). Unfortunately the emergency vehicles and the taxis are not replaced.

For the emergency vehicles I found the following:

This seems to be pretty good, but unfortunately ELS is activated, which can cause problems accoriding to the comments.

Does somebody know a good emergency vehicles pack like the above one without ELS?

And does somebody know a good taxi or taxi pack?
