hey, i want a skinner who can make me a bike in Vice City. i don't have any ideas for a bike, so do whatever you wanna do with it

i'm paying a descent amount of credits.

Just "a decent amount" won't be enough to motivate people to try it.

And if you want Reaper to do it that badly, just PM him instead of filling up the section with a new topic.
