Also, probably all of the records have used cheats or a spawner, like you see people with an infernus on mount chiliad, they spawned it.

erm no? Getting an infernus up there is a hell of alot more probable than a coach.

back in january i drove a semi w/ trailer up to the top of chiliad. it took almost 15 minutes, mainly because the hairpin turns required some finesse. i never tried a coach but i'm pretty sure it's possible. i don't think there's any vehicle that you cannot drive up chiliad.
