You're fucked.
:(

Try downloading CCleaner & clrearing the registry, also, type %appdata% in the start search bar & press enter, it should open up a folder, locate the folder "Sony" there & delete it.

Have you updated all your drivers correctly?
And did you uninstall before you did those things I told you. I forgot to mention, you should first uninstall, then do those steps & then install a clean vers.
-
dunno

anyway, i didn't updated my drivers.. should i ? tomorrow, now's too late :d and thx for your help

It's possible that the drivers are causing the problem. Also make sure that you have the latest direct x & divx codecs.
-
RE-Install, but before that make sure you delete all files&folders connected to Vegas in Regedit
-
^ That's what CCleaner does, so there's no point.

i made all things .. same problem :(

If you have a good spec, upgrade it to Windows 7 because XP is out dated.
-
i had win 7, but i don't really like it.. + that i'm a cs 1.6 player, and win xp is recomanded for it..
-
Cs works just fine on 7  No difference really.
-

i know, but on win 7 i has 30 fps.. max 40, now i have (with developer 1) 400-500 :/ so..

OS shouldn't affect framerate... Maybe you had misconfigured graphics card settings or something, I'm getting steady 60 (vsync on, 'cause it feels more smooth & for such an old game you don't need anymore than that).
-
Changing OS because you had misconfigured settings which made you achieve a lower framerate than on the previous OS is pants-on-head retarded.
-
nvm...
