Title: Which computer specification is better in your opinion?

Hey, guys I would like to hear your opinion for this computers.

1. Processor - AMD Fusion - 4 core @ 3000Мhz model А8-3870К
RAM - 16 GB-1600 DDR3 Hyper X Kingston
VGA - Ati 6550 4gb HDMI
HDD - 2000Gb 7200 Sata3!!!
Sound card - 6 Chanel's HD Cinema
Blu-Ray for 3D films
Case - Game case
PSU - 550W with additional fans and cooling control - 1 245 euro

2. MB - Socket АМ3+
Processor - AMD AMD FX-6100 6 Core 6 @ 3300Mhz
RAM -12-1333 DDR3
VGA - GTX 550 Ti GDDR5 2GB
HDD -1000Gb 7200 Sata3!!!
Sound Card -6 Chanel's HD Cinema
PSU - 550W 12sm Fan - 1 193.00 euro

3. MB -   Intel H61 Express USB3 SATA3
Processor -   4 Core - 3000Mhz i5-2320
RAM - 8-1333 DDR3
VGA -   GTX 550 Ti GDDR5 2GB
HDD -   500Gb 7200 Sata3
Sound Card   6 Chanel's HD Cinema
PSU - 550W 12sm Fan 1 123.00 euro

However, I make topic to inquire more competent than me. I would like to know wich of this PC's are better then other.
According to you these parameters how much fps will have on - SA -
IV -
VC/SAiVC/LC - maybe 30fps const.

I need your opinion to know witch of this computers to buy :)

95% of all games and softwares don't use more than 4 gb.
Pretty decent build, I would go for an nVidia/intel rather than AMD, though.

Why i gotta build my own pc since I have so many to choose from ? And in contrast to between 4 - 8-16 no big difference in price.
