Title: Computer doesn't want to start
Post by: Dimension on June 06, 2012, 09:01:38 AM: My pc got fucked up. Everytime when i want to start it, the light turns on for like 2 seconds, both ventilators rotate, and then it turns off. Could someone help me with that please? Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, RAM's my guess aswell. If not, check if any important fan (like the CPU-fan) is rotating as it should be. If it gets overheated the PC will turn itself off automatically.

for me it looks like processor problem or cable which give power to it

Post by: Cookie on June 06, 2012, 10:16:12 AM: Open it up and check everything is connected up. Might be work unplugging stuff 1 by 1 and plugging them back in just to be sure. Happened to me when i was building my PC because one part of the cpu power connector wasent plugged in.

Why don't you just buy a new HDD?

Why don't you just buy a new HDD?
I guess it's a good thing to tell his parents that his PC is broken. He'll get a new and ofc a better one. That's my mind ofc xd
