It's... okay. I like how you used the flashes but they really need some panning motion. Preferably manually done by pan/crops instead of Newblue's terrible earthquake.
And in the parts without the flashes you're gonna have to work on the calm atmosphere, because just lazily showing a stunt won't do the job for you unless you decide to go 2006 oldschool.

And how you used that terrible cam at the second stunt, don't. I've told people this a lot of times and I probably sound like a 12-year-old crying for candy, but no matter how good your editing is, it will fuck it up completely.

Also, in this case of widescreening, instead of doing it with motion track, use cookie cutter. The image won't be squeezed into the ratio so it'll look much better. With this kind of edit I think that would just look better, however this might just be my taste though.

Good job on everything else, I'm sure you'll improve quickly.

is it just me or the quality is running low?

edit: lol found out quality is on 240, my bad
