hi guys,
i want to try some fun-stunts in my GTA IV and i don't really know which bike i should take to try something. i have GTA IV Scenes from Liberty City, so i have TLaD and TBoGT, so i have every bike. i always drove the Akuma until yet, but sometimes I took the normal Double T or the Bati. should i take a custom-bike? top-speed isn't really important but it should be nice to handle because i play on x-box 360 (every little movement with the joystick and the bike will change the direction )
which one do you use at most?
greetz, Izzeee :)

TLAD and TBOGT each have their own special vehicles, these can be very useful in stunting. TLAD has two very useful bikes; the Hakouchu Custom and the Double T Custom. The Hakouchu Custom is the fastest overall bike in GTA IV (although the Vader from TBOGT can go faster when doing a wheelie), and the Double T Custom is generally the easiest bike to grind with (depending on the rail). TLAD also has some extra chopper bikes which can also be useful at times. On the other hand TBOGT has the fastest car in the game (the Police Stinger), the best boat in the game (the Blade), and also the best all around bike (the Vader), as well as other features like the smallest helicopter in GTA IV (the Buzzard) and parachutes. I would advise anyone who owns the DLC to mainly use TBOGT for stunting, because there aren't many advantages to stunting with TLAD except for one/two bikes which are only worth using instead of the Vader on rare occasions.
Taken from the Stunting Package topic, hopefully that answers your question :)

wow, never thought that the vader is the best bike o.O i mean, it looks slowly imo^^ but okay, i will try to do something with it. i'm happy that there is a cheat to get this bike :a-cheer:
thx for the fast answer SS ;)

Me and Slayer have tested this, it's definitely true. No problem :)
-
okay, I've tested the Vader a few minutes ago: handling is good, not too drifty and the top speed is very good too. and i landed my first stunt ever on x-box 360 :a-cheer:

Bati custom fastest bike in IV. 220km/h very easy to stunt with

It's not 220km/h, more like 185. I'd personally avoid that bike, there's no real advantage to it. However, the 'Bati' is very good at doing wheelies, so if you need to bump a high ledge at high speed, you might want to try that.
As an example, Daksad used the Bati to bump a high fence at the airport in 'Shellshocked'. It's much easier to bump with the Bati than any other bike.

The Bati Custom from TBOGT can reach 220-230 and it's better at wheelies than any other bike as far as I can remember.
PS: Shadowsniper, the default Hakuchou is also pretty good at this bump :euro:

220-230 on a straight? Or in the dip of a hill? If it's on a straight, I haven't played this game in too long :ninja:

So let's say you don't have the DLC's but still want the bike. Would it be modding to download a mod (like the one in the link) that has the exact same model and handling as the bike in the DLC?

i bought the dlcs in the steam summer sale btw :P

you probably dont know about this GTAIV how to go faster [Bike] (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPWzYCGzbVk#)
i want to add why is bati custom best.
every bike with that secound method can reach 230. bati is best becose your wheelie is insanely high and you can easly bump very high objects.
-
I do know about it, but I wasn't talking about speeds with that method. I've never actually used that method to land a stunt though, oddly :P
-
i know about it long time too. but back than it was only about sanchez. now with new bikes its best method to make stunt quickly. i started it using now first time ever. and here was test how mutch air i can get. this is probably best what ive got www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFiPzcWSfnw (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFiPzcWSfnw#ws)

Looks like you have antifall onoff / Godmode if you use trainer. If you use the trainer i'd suggest you to use the Special godmode because that counts as modding..
-
Might not be actually, you can sometimes avoid bailing like that, with luck. But yeah, you're better off using the trainer defaults from my package just in case.
-
guys dont worry i am using only special godmode. iam not 14year old stunter... thanks

Age is not relevant in a matter like this. I think you might have some kind of age complex.

It's no surprise he reaches 220-230 on a straight SS, because he likes to use the wheelie method a lot :P. As for the burst tire method, I haven't found it that useful as it's only good on a really long straight (that doesn't have curbs etc...), although I have landed an awesome sanchez bump with it years ago but SS is too damn slow to edit the duo :cheersad:.

i belive that you teached me that method on airport trying land that satelite thingy there. but i found that curbs arent big deal with this method if you using bati custom.
