Title: GTA SA Resolution-Problem

Hi guys,
I have a little problem when i want to change my resolution: if i have a resolution of 640 x 480 or 800 x 640 the colours are good, but if i change higher to 1024 x 768 or more, everything looks darker and looks colourless. the following pictures aren't editet, they are exactly like I've done them in the game:

do you know what I could do to solve this problem? or is this normal?

That happens to me aswell so I guess you just have to live with it. No one else posted something so I thought I would so... I did.

i could do this, but then it's just brighter, the colours are still shitty.
