who can make player skin for me?

i wanna player that looks like nyjah huston, look at youtube, or see my signature.
i wanna cap with diamond logo on it (so you see a diamond),
and the t-shirt too (with text logo as shown in signature),
so please guys, can someone?  :)

Why are you posting this in the GTA modding section ? And I'd post the info which game do you want it for.
