Title: Vegas - Which properties to use?

I´ve been working with GTA SA stunt vid. lately. It´s recorded with Fraps and I´ve edit it in Sony Video Vegas 5. Everything has been perfect, but now I got some problems... I´m about to render it, but I don´t know wich properties to use. I belive I should use [.WMV] and the resolution [640x480], but I´m not sure about the rest. Actually I´m quite confused...

Can someone tell me wich properties (bit rate, frame rate, image size, audio settings, yes everything) I should use? The video is almost 8 minutes, so I´m glad if I can reduce the filesize without loosing to much of the quality. Please tell me which settings you suggest and/or which settings you normally use. I´ll be very grateful if someone helps me.

I´ve asked some guys at MSN but they didn´t seem to know either. Therefore I think I´m not the only one who will be grateful if someone tells me wich properties to use.
