Title: SAFE MODE: Uninstalling Sony Vegas 8 through safe mode

Ey guys, PK here... Again.

So I've got this error that doesn't allow me to open anything (almost). For example, I go to my desktop and right click, then choose 'Properties'.

I get this error (NOTE: My Control Panel disappeared, so did my administrator account. I deep scanned my system with Avast! Anti-virus more than 3 times and yet no infections.)

BUT THATS NOT THE PROBLEM.

The problem is that, I want to uninstall Sony Vegas 8, and get to 11. But I can't even open my Control Panel lol. So I've went through Safe Mode to do so, but guess what. I got another error that disallow's me from doing that. Saying something about that I can't uninstall things like that through Safe Mode.

Please help. (I couldn't find a solution through Google.)

Reinstall windows. I hate errors like that.

Oh hell no, I'm not re-installing windows again. As it gets worse every time.
