What's your desktop resolution at? If it's not 1280X720, you might need to do that. It's unlikely that's the problem, but you could try that.

I'm not sure what LC can go up to, but I'm sure it can go higher than the maximum you showed. Does your VC go up to 1280X720?

simply the size of your screen does not reach the 1280x720, then you can not change because your screen can not handle this resolution, buy a better monitor ..
