I know I wasn't the first to land it btw, dunno who did it first. but here is some proof that it is done :P
as for the spot, I think I got just as close back in 09, never got it, and just gave up after some months. If you want to waste time on it like I did, go ahead. I doubt it's possible though :P

E: alienboy, your try also looks speedhacked. Could be a replay lag, but it still seems weird that you got that lag exactly when you went on the packer.

Left mouse button gets the function of 6 (or down arrow)

Just stop modding, what's the big fucking deal about it, and stop crying about it if people make such a big deal about it when you do mod.
This stunt is not possible and barely any of the other stunts you "landed" recently are possible, bluedagger. It can't be that from 40 (just a rough number) people who are "experts" on that part of stunting, you are the only one who can land it legitly.

The first stunt isn't possible, but I've had some close attempts to the middle part of the building (well maybe 7-8 ft under the edge) without a perfect RAD's and bump so maybe that's possible? Top- not gonna happen. Neither is the spot that bluedagger "landed".

The middle must be possible looking at Darkstar's landing of the lower, higher is obviously not possible. BoxXx's spot/Bluedagger's landing are modded but possible to land, honestly doubt it's very difficult with so much runup, I guess all you need is a lucky bump (I haven't tried it).

This stunt is actually almost the same stats as the hyman condo p2b, only it has double the runup and it is southgoing

also, if the last spot you did that was new wasnt done in 5 years or so, would that be modded? way to go jailhouse logic on this

It would surely show that the stunt while quite obvious is not possible by any legit means. As you already mentioned the stunt has about the same stats as the hyman condo one. Since those stats were already achieved on a worse spot as you say, why did nobody ever bother landing this stunt with the agh so good run up and same stats? See what I am pointing at? Apperently the opinion of many guys in here doesn't matter to you, because we're all stupid according to you.
