LOL that face
you should check the player picture, check if you've changed the player while watching a replay (if you did that, don't watch a replay and then change it), check if txd it's added on img tool.

It looks like the intro of something... :cheernutz:

What ^ he said.
Also, ensure that you've changed both the dff and txds, and make sure you delete the originals from the .img archive before or after putting your own replacements in. Furthermore, the filenames aren't case sensitive, but they're picky about everything else, so make sure they're spelled correctly. Lastly, sometimes this can happen for seemingly no reason whatsoever. If you can't crack it, try a different alternate skin (someone elses skin that you have, or just download one) and see if that works. If a different skin doesn't result in the same issue, chances are it's your skin that's the problem. It's a rare issue, but it does happen.

oh he was getting help here too lol, he asked me on msn *good timing, only time I've signed in in the last long while* and it was that the texture names didn't match the .dff *not quite what was said above, you need to go to file then dff check*
-
looks good, I think the dff didn't match the txd or the txd didn't match the dff or both didn't match themselves :euro:
