I think that's the kind of stunt that everyone has found at one point or another, tried it for a while & just went "ahh, fuck it, it's not worth it anyways."

He RADed the runup, got a huge bump and hit the edge of the opposite side of the building (in other words, almost flying over the entire building), hence the "noradsIguess.rep" :P
