Title: Ultimate profile - customization?

I was just browsing through my profile settings and found a box where it says "Customization:
Here you can add some HTML and CSS to customize look & feel of your profile.".

I don't know shit about coding, so I'm asking you guys: how can this be used? Has anyone tried it out already? Google didn't help me this time.

You could include a profile banner. Or a video. Or even music. Not sure though, I tried <marquee> and it wasn't working, so I guess it doesn't allows much HTML.
