Title: Requesting SA without lags

Yeah so my SA lags a lot every time I bail out my bike and spawn back it takes about 5 seconds to get the actual framerate back, so is there any modifactions to fix this? or reduce the fps anyhow like black sky, no speedblur or such :P

this happens to me on SAMP, SA dont really know never had that  :|

if you have the RIP version then download the HOODLUM one

its all because of audio, I have RIP and I had the same problem, ^ that tutorial fixed it.
