Title: Read-only issues

I'm having trouble editing the gta3.img for LC with IMG tool. Every time I try to edit the files it comes up with an error saying they are in use. I have no version of GTA open so I think it's a read-only problem (the LC folder is set to read only).

I have tried multiple times to change it to not read-only but it immediately changes back by itself every time. Have tried the whole rockstar games folder to no avail. Any advice?

Does it bounce back to read only in your GTA folder or every folder/file?

I sorted it out, had to change my user account settings or some shit.
